Outdoor Training

As well as getting out as a ruck club, we are big on is getting together and training outdoors. We do workouts using our rucks, sandbags, TRX trainers and our bodyweight. Rucking is great, but on its own it leaves gaps in all-round fitness, which as everyday adventurers, we want to avoid. Our workouts are adaptable to all, whether you're just getting into exercise and looking to start your training adventure, or you're a regular CrossFitter and want to get your WOD on outside!


Running, Swimming and More

At The Training Adventure we do all sorts of other fun things, from getting out trail running, to open water swimming and paddle-boarding. Keep an eye out on our blog and social media pages for more info about upcoming events!

Check out and follow our Facebook page for more info on upcoming rucks, find a listed event you want to come to, and join the event. From there request to join our closed Facebook group and introduce yourself.
